Cala Llenya Beach, East Ibiza
Fantastic for safe swimming and snorkelling on the east coast of Ibiza
This pretty beach curves around in a wide swoop offering plenty of bathing space on its white sand.
This pretty beach is set in a lovely cove and stretches back into the pine forests behind. There is a restaurant, sun loungers and umbrellas to hire, plus a whole host of watersports to try, including pedalos with water slides.
Setting & Location
The road down to the car park is quite beautiful and the forests that surround the area are all pine, so there is plenty of shade to be had at the back of the beach if you need to get out of the sun for a while.
There are also a few paths that lead away from the beach and around the coastline if you fancy a change of scene from lying on the beach, not the easiest to negotiate in flip flops though.
Water Safety & Clarity
The azure water is quite shallow until quite far out, making this a popular beach for families with young children. The beach itself is also quite deep offering up lots of space with a few choice bathing spots a bit further round to the north end where it narrows.
Beach Quality
The soft white sand is perfect for laying down your beach towel and playing beach games.
Watersports Nearby
Pedalos are lined up on the beach ready for hire, offering the perfect break from sunbathing as many have water slides on them.
There are several paths leading away from the beach and around the rocky headlands, so exploring is a must.
