Sol d'en Serra Beach, East Ibiza
Secluded shingle bay, perfect for catching the sunrise on the east coast
If you find nearby Cala Llonga too crowded and built up, then less than a kilometre away is the pretty little cove of Sol d'en Serra.
This is a shingle beach with beautiful cliffs at either end and transparent water. Probably just as easy accessed by water unless you want to enjoy the beach club Amante, which is a gorgeous place to treat yourself to lunch.
If you park in the Amante beach club car park you can make you down the side to the beach, although after half an hour we were keen for the comfort of the sunbeds at the beach club rather than trying to make a nest for our beach towels in the shingles.
Great for scuba diving, snorkelling, mooring the yacht and escaping the crowds.
Beach Bars & Beachclubs in Ibiza
The beach club here is a wonderful place to spend a day, have a drink with friends, come for lunch or dinner and to spend the evening.
During the summer months they often host outdoor cinema nights where you can enjoy a classic or cult film in the comfort of a bean bag, under the stars, with the waves gently lapping below you.
Water Safety & Clarity
There are no lifeguards on duty here. The water is crystal clear but the shingles and pebbles can make entry to the water a little tricky.
Directions
Although this beach isn't private you will find that access to it is only available by sea or by the Amante Beach Club.
