Five legs of 9 to 21 kilometres in 5 days with 60 kilometres in total and a full rest day in the middle of the week.
A Walking category is also available, but it's are non-competitive. They offer race registration only, as well as packages including accommodation, meals, a scooter to move around the island and flights. The basic fee includes bib number, race package, medical assistance, insurance, technical assistance, water points, medal and final cocktail.
