DJ Carl Cox Ending His Residency At Space Ibiza Next Year
The end of an era for Ibiza's nightlife?
The British DJ and producer will leave the Ibizan superclub after 15 years of residency. 2016 will be his last year at Playa d'En Bossa's mecca of electronic music.
Rumours are that Space Nightclub is to be turned into an Ushuaia Club. Carl Cox won't be there to witness the change, but he will reportedly stay in Ibiza. He is one of the most celebrated house and techno DJs in the world, with 10 DJ Awards, 3 International Dance Music Awards and a NME Award.
If you haven't had the chance of witnessing him hard at work at the turntables, it might be a good idea to plan your trip to Ibiza for next summer. He'll no doubt organise some special events for his final 15 weeks!
