Cesc Fabregas celebrated his marriage to his long-time partner Daniella Seeman with a lavish party at the private islet of Sa Ferradura, in the Bay of Sant Miquel on the northern coast of Ibiza.

The couple officially got married in London, where they currently live, in May but had to wait until now to celebrate their union probably because most of their guests were in Russia taking part in the World Cup.

A whole host of current and former footballers of the Barcelona, Arsenal and Chelsea teams, in which Cesc has played, were invited. Among them, Messi and his wife Antonella Rocuzzo, who usually spend their holidays on the White Isle with the Fabregas family. Former Chelsea captain John Terry was also there with his wife Toni, as were other members of the London squad including World Cup winner Kante, Pedro Rodríguez, Marcos Alonso, Ethan Ampadu, Ross Barkley, and Davide Zappacosta.

Many of Cesc's former Barça teammates also flew to Ibiza. Luis Suárez, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and Carles Puyol were there. Even Jens Lehmann and Thomas Rosicky, who played with a young Fabregas in Arsenal, were among the guests.

Celebrations took place at the luxury villa of Sa Ferradura, a contemporary mansion set amongst lush tropical gardens on an exclusive 35,000m2 private island off the north coast of Ibiza. It boasts three sitting rooms, a large central patio, two swimming pools, a wellness area and a fully-equipped gym. However, party central was probably its 750m2 rooftop terrace with two bars, shaded pergolas, a stage and a DJ mixing deck, all with breathtaking views of the sea.
