Lily James & Matt Smith in Ibiza
British couple spend a relaxing beach weekend on the White Isle
Lily James, known for her role as Cinderella in Kenneth Branag's film and Lady Rose in Downton Abbey, and Matt Smith, who played Doctor Who, are one of the most prominent couples in the British acting scene. Last weekend they took a break from their hectic professional lives and chose Ibiza for a romantic getaway trip.
They were spotted last Friday sunbathing at the beautiful Es Cavallet beach and having lunch at chic El Chiringuito Beach Club. The couple even had time to sample Ibiza's infamous nightlife.
James just finished her role as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet at London's Garrick Theatre, while Smith has wrapped up filming The Crown for Netflix where he plays a young Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
