South Ibiza – Abundant beauty
The south of Ibiza is made up of a fantastic selection of glorious stretches of sand which boast an unrivalled level of beauty. Some of the most famous resorts on the island can be found here, which means that you will be spoilt for choice in the range of facilities and activities on offer.
1. Playa d'en Bossa Beach - Vibrant beach setting
The beautiful beach of Playa d'en Bossa is the longest beach in Ibiza, boasting an incredible length of three kilometres. Situated on the island’s southeast coast, this gorgeous stretch of golden white sand is lined with an array of beach clubs, bars and sunset boats, being a hotspot of activity throughout the summer months. The beach’s feel-good vibes cannot be missed during the day, delighting sun worshippers with a fantastic offering of seafront venues, such as at Ushuaïa Beach Club and Nassau Beach Club, both which host a great selection of events headlined by local and international DJs.
2. Atlantis Beach - Striking beauty
Also known as Sa Pedrera, Atlantis is one of the most iconic settings in Ibiza thanks to its striking beauty and remarkable history full of mystery. Showcasing huge and almost geometrically perfect rocks, this hidden cove lies on the southwest of Ibiza and features incredible views across the mystical Es Vedrà. Visitors will also be amazed by its crystal-clear waters and abundance of native marine wildlife, making Atlantis a perfect base for diving. Over the last few centuries, sculptors and stone masons have left their mark by carving faces, dragons and other symbolic shapes on the cliffs, and it was from here that the stone was taken to construct the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Dalt Vila.
3. Cala Jondal - Exclusive luxury
Surrounded by lush landscapes of pine forests and cliffs, Cala Jondal is an ultra-trendy beach destination, made up of a stretch of pebbled white sand and gorgeous turquoise waters. Situated on the southeast coast of Ibiza, the beach is a must for those that seek a spot of exclusive day-to-night dining, with the renowned Blue Marlin Beach Club being found here. Cala Jondal is also a favourite for private yachts, where they can anchor and take a pit stop at the Tropicana Beach Club for a delicious Mediterranean lunch.

4. Cala Vadella - Beautiful sandy beach
Nestled in a spectacular bay on the island’s southwest coast is Cala Vadella, a gorgeous beachside resort of golden sand. Boasting emerald waters that are both calm and shallow, the beach is dotted with beach towels and sunbeds throughout the summer. 5. Cala Bassa - All-inclusive fun
Cala Bassa is a popular choice for holidaymakers that stay in the nearby town of San Antonio, offering some of the clearest and cleanest waters in Ibiza as well as wonderful golden sand. The famous Cala Bassa Beach Club can be found here, offering an incredible beachside experience for a day out in the sun with its own restaurant, bar and lounge area. 6. Cala Tarida - Family-friendly spot
Famous for its 900m stretch of golden sand and beautiful emerald-coloured sea, Cala Tarida is a stunning beach located on the southwestern coast of Ibiza. With a fantastic offering of bars, restaurants and beach clubs to choose from, including Cotton Beach Club, it is no surprise that Cala Tarida is one of the most popular settings in Ibiza. 7. Benirras Beach - Hippie heaven
