Located in the Ushuaia Tower, this is Ibiza's first steakhouse, geared towards luxury fine dining. They aim at providing the best meat to their customers, including Kobe and Angus steaks sourced locally.

An Angus and Kobe hut is being created in Ibiza with the most advanced systems for breeding semi-wild cattle with the aim of obtaining the best local hormone-free beef. It will have a meat drying unit, which will eliminate the animals' stress during transportation and help to reduce the greenhouse effect.

The restaurant features a salt chamber built from Himalayan salt bricks where the different meats are preserved in the ideal temperature and humidity to attain a level of curing that entices the palate.
Customers can choose from the different cuts displayed in the large climate-controlled "Cuts Gallery." It is the starting point for a process that continues with the preparation of the meat over charcoal, finished in their state of the art Josper oven and rested until perfection in their very own thermodyne.

The best part was Javier the sommelier who helped us find a great 2012 "Tinta de Toro" Wine named "San Roman". As expected for a restaurant of this class the prices are rather expensive but not too much and you get life music played by a pianist with an extraordinary voice. It is situated in the Ushuaia hotel, so was very easy to find as it is also sign posted on the street where Montauk it is closer to the beach.
