On the ground floor, the lounge is located just up from the entrance hall and offers comfortable sofas, a small dining table with chairs, and plenty of natural light from patio doors that open onto the covered terraces and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your convenience, with all the necessary appliances for a home-cooked experience.

The villa has three bedrooms on the first floor: a double bedroom with its own private balcony overlooking the front of the villa, and two twin bedrooms.
